JWD is engaged in the manufacture of complex sub-assemblies and systems using the simplest of assembly techniques like shrink/interference fitting and roller swaging to the more complex fixturing and assembly techniques necessary to hold radial tolerances within a degree.  The JWD assembly department is home to personnel experienced with a variety of assembly processes including:

• Bearing swaging

• Ball staking

• Riveting

• Part identification
